The Phelps County Community Foundation Board of Directors is pleased to announce the appointment of Lacy Chapman as its new Executive Director, with her new role starting on September 5, 2024. Chapman has been a part of the PCCF team since 2008, initially joining as an administrative assistant to the then-executive director, Vickie Klein. Her promotion to the role of Executive Director reflects her exceptional dedication and significant impact on the foundation. During her time at PCCF, Chapman played a key role in the successful development of PCCF's giving day, give2GROW, the PCCF scholarship program, and other foundation successes.
